The contract shall provide technical assistance to the Government of Malawi in supporting the implementation of activities towards creating an enabling business environment for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malawi and legal reviews and enforcement of related labour laws. It shall provide support in key areas of the entrepreneurship operating environment, e.g. entrepreneurship policy dialogue, analysing and addressing key legal and regulatory constraints affecting small businesses, formalisation of the economy, support towards legislative processes and implementation of related labor rights laws.
