Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund von Regelwerksänderungen ist eine Anpassung der Vorplanungsvariante auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik unumgänglich. In der Vorplanung waren flächendeckend Hochlichtmasten vorgesehen, welche seit der Einführung der Seilleuchten als Regellösung nicht mehr weiter verfolgt werden kann. Es besteht weiterhin im Zuge der Entwurfsplanung eine Gleisfeldbeleuchtung nach Stand der Technik geplant.
