The tenderer must have adequate competence and professional qualifications for managing and assuring the quality of the assignment. An overview of the available the professional qualifications in the managerial group and the key personnel that are responsible for the assignment.
The tenderer must have experience from assignments with a comparative value to this contract.
Comparative value is in this context defined as maintenance and reconstruction works for buildings that are completely or partially in operation
The reference assignments must as a minimum substantiate experience in:
Service and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems
New installations and replacement works
A description of up to 4 reference assignments of comparable value, 1 for service and maintenance and 3 for new installations and replacement works with information containing, among other things:
The name of the project/contract.
Description of the assignment
Type of building
The value of the assignment
Date of completion
The contracting authority and the name of contact person (this person may be contacted if needed)
It must be clear whether the work has been executed by sub-contractors or the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not executed the work, the reference will not document that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such event the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the sub-contractor that has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractor that verify that the requirement is fulfilled.
Experience from new installation works related to replacement and reconstruction works must be stated (projects over NOK 3 million)
