The purpose of the framework contract is the delivery of external assistance services to support the Commission's middle management policies. The Commission intends to use the technical assistance from a company specialised in the assessment and development of managers. The contractor's main tasks will be: 1) assessment of candidates for middle management functions; 2) developing managerial skills of middle managers and of other Commission staff demonstrating potential for managerial functions; 3) provision of consultancy services in relation to performance management and development for middle managers in the Commission, including the design and delivery of multi-source feedback mechanisms.
