At the Stratford campus the University seeks to replace the facilities and operations, currently delivered within a temporary building (R Building), with new built space from which these same operations and facilities, along with others, can be delivered. It is anticipated that this space, of no less than 4 500 m2, will be provided at minimal or no cost to the University, by a developer who uses land provided by the University, to generate sufficient commercial return to satisfy both its own and the University's needs.
