Maintenance and supply of hydroponic indoor plants for the buildings within the Court of Justice of the European Union
The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of hydroponic indoor plant containers in areas belonging to the Court of Justice of the European Union and the supply of indoor plants.
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of about 530 containers containing about 706 hydroponic indoor plants in areas belonging to the Court of Justice of the European Union and the supply of indoor plants over a period of four years. These services are grouped into the following categories:
— line item 1. Maintenance of hydroponic indoor plant containers;
— line item 2. Supply of various hydroponic plants;
— line item 3. Services on a time and means basis: gardening activities, specialising in hydroponics.
Site visits will be arranged on the dates indicated in the letter of invitation to tender.
Tenderers may only participate in one of these visits.
Attendance at the site visit is compulsory and bids from economic operators who have not participated in the visit will be rejected.

Any appeals must be lodged with the General Court of the European Union within two months of the plaintiff being notified or, failing this,of the date on which it became known to them. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
