This announcement contains the documents uploaded to Eu-Supply: presentation for 1-1 talks and summary of information given during the talks. VAV also have preliminary documents and drawings, as well as foils from the presentation used during the 1-1 talks, which all are marked ‘unntatt offentlighet’ (exempt from public). These documents will be sent directly through a message via KGV (Eu-Supply) after VAV has received a signed declaration of confidentiality.
All the documents are for informational purposes only and are only intended to give potential providers extra time to prepare their offers for the competition. It is to be expected that changes will be made to the attached documents.
The documents in this announcement are not part of the contract for E5: It is only the corresponding documents in the announcement of the competition that are part of the contract for E5.
In a separate document in the announcement of the competition it will be given an overview of changes in the contract documents compared with documents attached to this notice.
The competition is still expected to be announced in early June 2020.
