The Joint Research Centre (JRC), Ispra (VA) site, hereinafter JRC Ispra, intends to enter into a four-year framework contract (4 years) for the organisation of training courses on health and safety in the workplace for its staff according to Italian and Community legislation.
The training will take place pursuant to Art. 37(2), of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and additions, and specific legislative provisions for the performance of the individual courses covered by the contract.
