The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of septic services in Nore og Uvdal Kommune [Nore og Uvdal Municipality]. This involves collection and treatment of all private and municipal installations in the Municipality. Tenderers must act in accordance with the municipality's field solution in Komtek, this also entails the solution reporting in the program (the contracting authority provides training in the use of Komtek). The tender will be based on all sludge being driven to sludge lagoons in Uvdal for treatment and de-watering. There are currently approx. 1 450 private installations in the Municipality as well as some municipal installations. Delivery to other destinations must also be expected, this will be agreed and ordered for such situations. The delivery will also contain flushing and emptying of sand-trap manholes, etc. The attached route list is not comprehensive and deviations and increases in the number of installations must also be expected.
