The contract covers:
— catering services for the Europol staff restaurant and sandwich shop,
— banqueting services at Europol premises in The Hague or in other venues within Netherlands,
— provision of external venues and related services within Netherlands (optional service).

The contractor's overall estimated turnover over complete duration of contract is 7 300 000 EUR, divided as follows:
— maximum 3 300 000 EUR (excluding VAT) paid by Europol for fixed fees, banqueting services, external venues and related services,
— 4 000 000 EUR (including VAT) estimated contractor turnover from retail prices paid by staff, visitors and guests for the provision of catering services at the staff restaurant and sandwich shop.
2 possible automatic renewals of 12 months each.
Selected candidates will be invited to attend a site visit at Europol's main premises indicatively in October 2017. Detailed information about the actual date and time of the site visit will be provided in the invitation letter.

Europol may, during the 3 years following the conclusion of the (initial) contract, have recourse to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice (Article 134(e) of the rules of application) for additional contracts involving services similar to those assigned to the party awarded this contract by the same contracting authority.

Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
