Im Zuge des Neubaus der Berufsschule 1 in Bayreuth, Kerschensteinerstraße 6, 95448 Bayreuth muss vor Abbruch des ersten Bauabschnittes provisorische Leistungen im laufenden Schulbetrieb erfolgen. Das bestehende Schulgebäude wurde in mehreren Bauabschnitten (Baujahr 1956 bis 1978) errichtet. Die Gesamtfläche der Berufsschule beträgt ca. 24.480 m² und erstreckt sich über drei Geschosse und Untergeschoss (nur teilunterkellert).

Für das Provisorium wird eine mobile Heizzentrale errichtet. Die mobile Heizzentrale soll als Kaufvariante bestellt, geliefert und errichtet werden. Für eventuelle Lieferengpässe bei der Kaufvariante, soll vorübergehend ein mobiler Miet-Heizcontainer bestellt, geliefert errichtet und nach Fertigmontage und Umbau auf die Kaufvariante wieder abtransportiert werden.
