FMM-20-001 Provision of a Contract for Display Energy Certificates and Energy Advisory Reports
Provision of a contract for display energy certificates and energy advisory report services for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period up to 24 months.
This contract was awarded under Reg 32 (2) (a) of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 for Lot 2, where no suitable tenders have been submitted in response to the tender procedure.

At some point during the life of the contract, the following bodies may wish to utilise this contract and should have access, at any point,with the permission of client. This contract is not intended to be binding for these bodies or to replace any current agreements/future arrangements these Clients may establish. The Authority received one tender submission, after a call for competition (2020/S 247-615614). EA completed the due diligence with this tenderer and awarded the contract on 16 April 2021.
The UK does not have any special review body with responsibility for appeal/mediation procedures in public procurement competitions.
