The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance to support the national authorities in the process of planning, programming, monitoring, coordination and other horizontal tasks and processes, mainly related to but not restricted to the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance funds (IPA III).

The fields of support are:

— support for the preparation and implementation of the strategic and operational planning and programming documents related to EU and other development partner assistance,

— support for the development and implementation of the monitoring and reporting frameworks related to EU and other development partner assistance,

— capacity building and support provided to national stakeholders for planning and programming of EU and other development assistance.
