Abschnitt II: Gegenstand
Display — Digital Seat Reservation
This tender applies to the railway line ‘The Voss Line’ (‘Vossebanen’). The contract will cover the need for display for each seat in all cars, so that boarding passengers can see the status of the seat at that particular station and for the entire journey. When a seat is reserved the system should automatically update the status of the seat throughout the journey. The tenderer shall provide option on installation of the solution.
The customer has the option to extend the contract as long as the customer's contract for traffic package 3 West is valid.
Shortlisting of tenders invited to tender will be based on best competitive selection. If several tenders offer the same solution, we will choose the best qualified tenderer for that solution. Selection criterias are selection of solutions, the tenders experience with deliveries of similar size and complexity for trains in operation and the tenders routines and methods for supply chain management.
The customer has the option to purchase additional units to ensure adequate reserve inventory. The supplier shall provide option on installation of the solution.

Abschnitt III: Rechtliche, wirtschaftliche, finanzielle und technische Angaben
The tenderer is required to have filed all returns and paid all due taxes and duties, including employer contributions and VAT returns (Applicable to Norwegian suppliers only).
The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.
The tenderer shall be solvent and otherwise have sufficient financial capacity to maintain delivery throughout the contract period.
The solution that the tender will offer must be able to satisfy the technical requirements set out in Appendix A with annexes.
The tenderer must have routines and methods in place to secure the quality of the deliverables.
The tenderer shall have experience with deliveries of similar size and complexity for trains in operation.
The tenderer shall accept to comply with Appendix J – Vy Groups code of ethical conduct for suppliers.
