The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework contract for the provision of a team of professional, well organised, multilingual visit assistants to assist in welcoming and accompanying visiting groups to the Visitors' Centre and visitors to the new Information Centre and other Commission premises in Brussels, in addition to assisting Commission staff in specified tasks linked to the preparation and organisation of visits and regular public events.
