The Authority shall notify all bidders of its decision to award the contract via PCS-Tender as soon as possible after a decision has been made to conclude the contract, and shall allow a period of at least 10 clear calendar days before contract is awarded. Unsuccessful economic bidders shall be provided in that notice with a summary of the reasons why they were unsuccessful and the characteristics and relative advantages of the successful bidders.
The Authority will be using PCS eTendering System for this procurement exercise and reserves the right to use a reverse auction. The deadline for return of all completed Tenders is 12:00 on 24.8.2015. The conditions of contract will be based on the Authority's Terms and Conditions.
