ESPD Question 4B.1A The bidder should provide its (general) yearly turnover a minimum of 3 financial years. The minimum required turnover per year is 50 000 000 GBP.

With reference to the nature and details of the works that are the subject matter of this tender, relevant examples are to be provided of works undertaken by the bidder in the last 10 years.

Bidders should also demonstrate experience where they have used the NEC suite of contracts, specifically the NEC3 or 4 engineering and construction contract, Option C Target Contract with activity schedule or contracts which have management techniques similar to those in the NEC suite of Contracts.
