Europol will under this sub-list request services related to company information databases to search across full company registry entries such as: legal entity names, addresses, PO boxes, telephone numbers, individuals and company structures.
Sub-list 2 (D/G15/1603/2) — real-time media monitoring solution with global coverage.
Europol will under this sub-list request services related to real-time media monitoring and reporting of broadcast media (TV and/or radio) in all EU official languages and from EU neighbouring countries as well as social media platforms. Europol will also under this sub-list request services related to newsletters with different functionalities such as daily news digest.
Sub-list 3 (D/G15/1603/3) — news media database and archive with global coverage.

Europol will under this sub-list request a platform enabling access to: case law and legal opinions covering European Union law, procurement law, international law as well as other major jurisdictions and legal topics; academic journal resources on social sciences, criminology, law, technology and related topics as well as the ability to purchase access to additional similar content to be delivered through the platform.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the lists resulting from this notice will be used exclusively for public procurement service contracts below 135 000 EUR per year and per sub-list. An indicative amount based on Europol estimated needs is provided in the procurement documentation.

IV.2)Grounds for exclusion:
Applicants shall be excluded from participating in a contract if:
(a) they are bankrupt, being wound up or have suspended business activities, their affairs are being administered by the court, they have entered into an arrangement with creditors or similar measures or are the subject of any proceedings of that nature, or are in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or regulations;
(b) they have been convicted of an offence concerning their professional conduct by a judgment which is not open to appeal;
(c) they have been guilty of grave professional misconduct;
(d) they have not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions or taxes;
(e) they are guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information required by the authorising department.
