Business-to-business transactions: a comparative analysis of legal measures vs soft-law instruments for improving payment behaviour.
The purpose of this service contract is to provide advice for the Commission services in order to assess the effectiveness of the measures taken by Member States to combat excessively long payment periods in business-to business (B2B) transactions.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the Commission's premises.
