With reference to point IV.2.1 entitled 'Award criteria', the contracts were awarded to tenderers who submitted, for each lot, the most economically advantageous tender. This was determined in accordance with the tender's technical quality (60 points) and the proposed price (40 points).
The technical quality of tenders was evaluated on the basis of the following award criteria (maximum score: 60 points):
