II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The subject of the contract is the installation and supply of a biomass and micronet boiler in the municipal buildings by means of a global and integrated action which also includes the supply of thermal energy, the preventive maintenance and the corrective of the new installation and the energy management of the buildings in accordance with the documents forming part of the Technical Specifications and Technical Specifications.

The overall and integrated performance of the subject matter of the contract comprises the following deliverables:

— P1 Allowance: The supply of thermal energy and energy management,

— P2 Allowance: Preventive maintenance to ensure that all installations and components are fully operational and clean, and to ensure that the performance of the installations and of all components thereof at initial value is maintained. The regulatory and preventive maintenance of non-renewable boilers installed in each of the centres shall also be carried out to permit automatic operation in the event of failure of the biomass boiler,

— P3 Allowance: Corrective maintenance and total guarantee. Repair with the substitution of all the deteriorated components in the installations as regulated in the Technical Specifications for the purpose of the total guarantee,

— P4 Allowance: Renovation and renovation works of installations and incorporation of renewable energy technology. The successful tenderer will carry out the renovation work on the renewable energy generating equipment, installation of the equipment and installation of the heat network as detailed in the technical specifications and executive projects approved by the municipality.
