Study on the Impact of (other than REACH/CLP) European Chemical/Waste Regulations on the Defence Sector
The study shall provide detailed information on the impact on defence of the 5 EU Chemical Regulations, as well as their interactions/consistency with REACH and CLP and between them, towards a more consistent approach in overall EU legislation for chemicals, for defence stakeholders, aiming among others:
• to address defence specificities (exemptions/exclusions/etc.) as foreseen in the legal texts of the Regulations;
• to assess the impact of the Regulations on defence, and to develop recommendations for related mitigation actions;
• to support avoiding in the future undesired regulatory outcomes impacting defence in multi-regulation situations (e.g. regrettable substitution of chemical substance).

If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu).
Within 2 months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment or of opening anew period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1) of the contract notice.
