Frame Work Agreement teaching and lecturing service in Continous Improvement and Lean
The NDMA will shortly issue a qualification scheme for continuous improvement and Lean training and lecturing services for the change agents in its organization.
The competence raising is aimed at change agents and key personnel and will take place through collections, teaching, project assignments from our own organization as well as advice and support related to the training. Relevant research connected to the task is desired.
The chosen supplier must enable change agents to independently improve and further develop working methods, etc. within the framework provided by management and provide support and training within Lean / KI in their own organization.
The collections will primarily be conducted in Oslo, but other of the Defense Materials' locations may also be relevant.
The teaching will take place in Norwegian. The education will provide credits on bachelor or master level.
A chosen supplier must enable change agents to independently improve and further develop working methods, etc. within the framework provided by management, and provide support and training within Lean / KF in their own organization.
From the assignment we refer to the following guidelines from Defense Materials:
"Management in Defense Materials has decided to use Lean and Continuous Improvement as a strategic tool for achieving desired improvements, and has made it concrete in the following vision:
Through an improvement culture, Defense Materials will use the best available resources and continuously improve our ability to achieve goals.
NDMA shall not handle the implementation of Continuous Improvement as a project, but as part of the normal operation. Defense equipment's operational work with Continuous Improvement will take place in four dimensions; management, culture, process and personal efficiency. All processes must be mapped and improved.
Reporting of improvement proposals and effects is an important part of ongoing operations and will be included in exiting reports. The framework for improvement work has been developed and will be continuously improved.
About. 250 people in Defense Materials have received an introduction to continuous improvement and the management has appointed a number of change agents. These change agents will be key in the further implementation of Lean and continuous improvement in the agency. A motivated change agent is important for us to reap a positive and measurable effect.
In order to take continuous improvement, Continuous Improvement competence must be increased throughout the organization and especially for the change agents. ".
Apartado III: Información de carácter jurídico, económico, financiero y técnico
The supplier must be able to provide credits on bachelor or master level.
Lectures shall be in Norwegian, secondary Scandinavian.
Literature shall be in Norwegian, secondary Scandinavian or English.
Competence and experience.
A minimum of 6 months experience as a lecturer at the master or bachelor level.
A minimum of 12 months of experience lecturing on Continuous Improvement and Lean.
The supplier should be able to demonstrate particularly good knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean.
Must be conducted as collections (plural) with home assignments / home examinations.
