The project is to construct new teaching accommodation for the faculty of art and humanities and carry out a major remodelling and refurbishment of the existing estate. The FAH redevelopment project comprises the following:

— construction of a new 3 storey, circa 3 500 m2 GIA adjacent to the existing school of art and design accommodation,

— full remodelling and refurbishment of an existing 6 storey tower, circa 7 500 m2 GIA,

— refurbishment and remodelling of an existing 4 storey block, circa 4 200 m2 GIA,

— refurbishment and remodelling of an existing art and design workshop, circa 2 250 m2 GIA.
