The platform allows us to collect attendee contact data, streamline communications with attendees before and after the event, and also allows us to check attendees in on the door. This way we can communicate effectively with more targeted messages to those attending and after the event to those who did and didn't attend.
Set-up and promotion
Government Digital Service, Digital Marketplace have an Eventbrite profile set-up. An event page will be created against this profile detailing the consultation event date, location and agenda.
The link to the event will be shared on the Digital Marketplace blog, industry blogs, on twitter, on the CCS website and via an email sent out to our current supplier database.
The event registration page allows the attendee to share the event via Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter meaning we will reach a wider audience of suppliers that we may not be able to reach through our current channels
