Der AN befindet sich bereits vor Ort´und kann die von Ihm dort benutzten Baustellenfahrzeuge für die Entsorgungsabwicklung nutzen. Ebenso hat er sich bereits um die Umstellung der Container gekümmert, dass er diese letztendlich nur noch Entsorgen muss. Für einen anderen AN würden zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, da zusätzlich eine Anfahrt der notwendigen Geräte erforderlich wird. Weiterhin ist der AN bereits mit der Ortschaft und dem Baufeld vertraut.
