Main site or place of performance:

The Republic of Serbia, in its ‘Southern and Eastern Region’ from the surrounding of the City of Niš until the border between the Republics of Serbia and Bulgaria on on the existing railway line.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Scope of the procurement includes design-build activities for reconstruction and modernization of the existing railway line in a length of approximately 82 km and will be consisted (but not limited to) of the following main activities:

— preparation of design documentation in accordance with the Serbian regulations,

— reconstruction of the permanent way of the single non-electrified track and belonging facilities from Prosek (Sićevo) to Dimitrovgrad of approx. 82 km,

— construction of the electrification sub-system (including ground works, concrete works, Installation of pillars and portals, performance of grounding and electro technical installations) including two traction sub-stations, sectioning facility and neutral section at the state border,

— connection of the Electro traction substations (ETS-EVP) 110/25 kV to the national network of 110 kV.
