T1-5317 A2Dominion Refurbishment Framework
The framework is for new installation, repair, replacement, adaptation and improvement of properties, blocks and commercial units. This may include but is not limited to the structure, external envelope, any internal and external areas and components including any mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems.
Architect Led Projects
This agreement will encompass all A2Dominion properties, but not all properties may require works. It may also encompass properties from other registered providers who access the framework.
This lot will deliver works whereby the client has appointed an architect who will lead these projects and take responsibility for the design throughout works.
The candidates invited will have achieved the highest score, out of the maximum points available, for lot 1 this is 200.00.
The estimated framework value considers use by third parties. As this usage is unknown the minimum estimated value, in PAS Doc 1, is based upon A2Dominion’s anticipated value only. A2Dominion does not warrant, represent or guarantee these values in any way. The value and volume of works via each lot is not guaranteed and it could be that the majority of works are delivered under a certain lot.
Design and Build/Novation Projects
The constructor will either undertake works as a design and build or the design responsibility will be novated from an Architect.
The candidates invited will have achieved the highest score, out of the maximum points available — 200.00 points for lot 2.
