Technical secretariat and follow-up services/actions on the communication on sustainable competitiveness of the construction sector.
The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary support for the governance structure set up within the context of the Commission communication on a strategy on the sustainable competitiveness of the construction sector, ‘Construction 2020’. This governance structure is composed of a high-level tripartite strategic forum (in short, HLF) and thematic groups (in short, TGs). The service contract comprises the provision of a secretariat and support services to the HLF and the 5 thematic working groups.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the Commission's premises.
The period of execution of the tasks specified in the contract may be renewed 3 times for a period of 12 months, only with the express written agreement of the contracting parties before the payment of the balance.
The amount mentioned in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 is the estimated amount for the maximum duration of 48 months. Estimated value per year is 185 000 EUR.

Companies wishing to attend must notify their intention by sending an e-mail to GROW-C-FINANCIAL-TEAM@ec.europa.eu at least 48 hours in advance. The notification must be signed by an authorised officer of the tenderer. Tenderers who submitted an offer and were not present at the opening may request to be informed if their offer was admissible as well as of the identity of the other tenderers.
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period of lodging appeals.
