Futures Housing Group Ltd seeks to engage with a number of architectural consultants to carry out architectural services and related integrated engineering and landscaping services to include planning all in connection with our ambitious plans for the development of new affordable homes. These will include social housing, housing for market rent and housing for private sale in the value of circa 30 000 000 GBP over the next 4 years. Expressions of interest are invited to join a framework of architectural practices to carry out our needs in this specialist area. The framework will last for 4 years and has an estimated value of 12 500 000 GBP system.
Please note: This estimate is based on currently available information and provided in good faith. The final value of the framework may vary and carries no guarantee of business for any specific framework partner. Specific projects will be awarded through the value for money criteria set out in the tender or through mini-competitions to be held amongst framework partners. Framework partners (successful bidders) will contract directly with companies of Futures Housing Group Ltd. The framework will be in Lots and will be of interest to SMEs.
