The subject matter of the procurement procedure is the award of a service contract for the software implementation, operation, software support and maintenance of a transnational Electronic Reporting System (ERI System) based on a detailed technical specification made available by the participating contracting authorities. Change requests will be an optional part of the procurement. Altogether, the contract focussing on the software implementation is planned to last until the end of 2021. After successful implementation and acceptance, the software support and maintenance with an envisioned period of 2 years starts.
