The aim of this invitation to tender is to enter into a multiple framework contract (with 3 contractors) to contract the services of temporary employment agencies to provide the contracting authority with the interim staff needed to perform the following tasks during the 2019-2022 period:
— executive secretary or unit secretary,
— administrative assistant,
— financial assistant,
— computer expert,
— various scientific profiles,
— any other profile related to tasks undertaken by workers at the site in Seville.
Training and experience shall be defined for each specific position to be filled.

In accordance with Article 134(1)(e) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29.10.2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union, the Commission may use a negotiated procedure with the successful tenderer of this procurement procedure for services similar to those in this notice.
