Tenders for Electric Scooters 2020
AtB wants to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of electric scooters in Trøndelag.
In summary, the purpose of the contract is to develop a micro mobility scheme that:
— contributes to sustainable mobility and seamless travel;
— supplement the public transport offer, particularly from public transport hubs to the destinations;
— is an offer to the residents, visitors and industry in the individual municipalities. The tender must be perceived as relevant, safe and appear as an integral part of a neat cityscape.
AtB AS is a mobility company responsible for planning, coordination, marketing and the purchase of scheduled pubic transport and development of new mobility in Trøndelag.
Klimaforliket og Nasjonal Transportplan [the Norwegian Climate Policy and National Transport Plan] 2018-2029 sets a zero economic growth target, that involves the grown in the passenger transport in city areas includes bicycles, pedestrian and public transport.
Similarly, AtB's owner, Trøndelag county, has a political goal of achieving the zero growth goal in the Trondheim region. Being responsible for the public transport throughout all of Trøndelag, AtB will also contribute to this community assignment in the region.
AtB's vision for the future mobility solutions includes cycling and walking and a comprehensive and sustainable mobility offer. This requires development of a close and flexible network of high quality integrated mobility solutions so that the client gets multiple selection choices, and it is easier for travellers to leave a vehicle.
A well-functioning and integrated micro mobility scheme will contribute to improved interaction between walking, cycling and public transport, and is thereby an important step to a comprehensive and sustainable mobility offer.
The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year.
It is preferable that the tenderer prices an option to take complete operational responsibility, including income responsibility and illustrate how this affects the total price per case.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Requirement: tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: company registration certificate. The tax certificate must not be more than six months calculated from the tender deadline.
Requirement: the tenderer's company must have the economic and financial capacity to implement the assignment. In this context, sufficient solidity will also be required.
Norwegian tenderers: the contracting authority will carry out a credit rating of the company, in order to see that the requirement has been met.
