EPAS17- Dynamic Select List — Asset Solutions.
A Dynamic Supplier List covering the main areas of Public sector operational requirements, with particular relevance (but not limited to) the Social Housing Sector. This is a blend of goods, works and services, designed to compliment existing Eastern Procurement Frameworks, which will be split into 35 or more specific lots.
Lots under Lot 19: General Building may combine works listed separately under lots 1-18. Any contractor being assigned a place on lots 1-18 will be added to Lot 19 automatically.
Lot 1 Groundworks
Groundworks, drainage, foundations.
Lot 2: Scaffolding
Covering all forms of access and scaffolding work and equipment.
Lot 3: Fencing and Gates
Supply, Erection/Installation of all fencing and gating types.
Lot 4: Plumbing
East Of England.
General plumbing work.
Lot 5: Heating
General Heating Work.
Lot 6: Masonry
East of England.
All aspects of Masonry, Bricklaying and pointing/repointing.
Lot 7: Insulation
All forms of insulation work, both internal and external.
Lot 8: Roofing
Work will mainly concentrate on a roofing repairs solution to compliment the existing planned replacement roofing framework.
Lot 9: Electrical Work
All general electrical work.
Lot 10: Carpentry and Joinery
All forms of Carpentry and Joinery Work.
Lot 11: Plasterwork and other finishes
Covering all aspects of Plasterwork and associated finishes.
Lot 12: Wall Tiles and sheet finishes
All Work associated with Wall tiling and sheet finishes.
Lot 13: Flooring
All aspects of Flooring works.
Lot 14: Surfacing / Car Park Maintenance
Resurfacing work excluding main highways.
Lot 15: Disabled Adaptations
Supply and installation of items or works required to meet the specialist physical requirements of residents.
Lot 16: Maintenance of Energy Efficient Appliances
Maintenance and Installation of all forms Energy Efficient Appliances.
Lot 17: Modular Housing
Any or all aspects of Construction, Supply, Erection/installation of all forms of modular housing.
Lot 18: Historical Building Works
All aspects of Maintenance and preservation, reconstructive, or extension/alteration of historical buildings.
Lot 19: General Building
Lot 19 covers all work listed under lots 1-18 or any combination of these managed by a single supplier.
Lot 20: Consultancy (Various)
All forms of consultancy not limited to: External auditors, development consultants, drone surveys, EPC surveys, management consultants, finance, HR, Change management, all forms of Surveyors or Quantity Surveyors, staff training and development.
Lot 21: Call Centre
Both in and Out of Hours Call Centre Service dealing with (but not restricted to) call management, Job booking and customer services.
Lot 22: Pest Control
The capture and relocation, deterrence or eradication of all types of pest.
Lot 23: Cleaning and Clearing
Including but not limited to Cleaning and Clearing of Void Residences, Communal areas of Housing Buildings, Commercial properties, Offices and Similar properties. Also includes window cleaning, bin cleaning, fly tipping, cleaning of surrounding external areas.
Lot 24: Drain Clearance
Cleaning and clearance of drains and drainage systems.
Lot 25: Glazing
Replacement glazing and specialised window door and glazing solutions.
Lot 26: Grounds Maintenance
Grounds Maintenance, Domestic Tree Works, Commercial Tree Works, Stump Grinding, Vegetation management, Hard Landscape Management.
Lot 27: Special Treatments
Provision of specialist treatment services, including but not restricted to, chemical DPC injection, timber treatment, artex removal, graffiti removal, anti vandal coatings, mastic, asphalt tanking and mould eradication.
Lot 28: Ironmongery
Supply and possible identification/sourcing of specialist ironmongery.
Lot 29: Waste and Recycling
Full waste management and recycling service.
Lot 30: Furniture and Furnishings (supported Living)
Various communal furniture and furnishings required in public buildings and sheltered Schemes.
Lot 31: Locksmith
Locksmith services, including but not limited to access service to properties, provision of standard keys, cutting of keys, supply and or fitting of replacement locks all with minimal damage to the property or features.
Lot 32: Decorating Vouchers
Supply and management of decorating vouchers.
Lot 33: Brown and White Goods
Provision and/or servicing of Brown and White goods.
Lot 34: Plant and Tool Hire or Purchase (with or without operators)
The hire or supply (with optional Delivery) of plant and Associated vehicles, power tool and hand tools as well as the maintenance aspects of each of these. Includes optional operators for plant or power tools.
Lot 35: Personal Protective Equipment
Supply of all forms of Personal protective Equipment needed under HSE legislation and safe working practices.
Lot 36: Housing Association Specialist Software
Provision of common line of business application solutions for local authorities housing associations and similar public sector entities, to minimise risk and maximise efficiency and quality of service, whilst delivering significant savings.
Lot 37: Specialist materials
Supply, with optional delivery, of a variety of materials used operationally by housing associations and facilities management.
