Description of particular conditions: the contractor must respond as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receiving written notification (by e-mail or fax) from the Court; the time of this notification will serve as the basis for calculating the response time.

III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to have sufficient financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the contract duration, which shall be assessed on the basis of the following:
— copy of balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the past 3 financial years, together with a copy of any reports from the board of directors and external auditors, if available, relating to those financial years. If, for a valid reason substantiated by supporting documents, the candidate is unable to provide them, he must enclose a solemn declaration stating the annual profits after tax for the past 3 financial years.
If, for some exceptional reason which the contracting authority considers justified, the tenderer is unable to provide 1 or other of the above documents, he may prove his economic and financial capacity by any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate. In all cases, the contracting authority must at least be notified of the exceptional reason and its justification in the tender.
The contracting authority reserves the right to request any other document enabling it to verify the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.

for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to have the following technical and professional capacities:
— at least 3 years' experience of services similar to those in the contract in question.
Tenderers are required to submit documents in support of their technical and professional capacity, including the list of principal maintenance services carried out in the field of digital printers during the past 3 years, with details of their values, dates and the public or private recipients involved.
The Court of Justice reserves the right to request additional information to assess tenderers' technical and professional capacity.
