balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for at least the last 2 financial years for which accounts have been closed, or equivalent documentation (e.g. where company law in the country in which you are established does not require you to publish your balance sheet);
profit and loss accounts for the last 2 financial years;
a statement of overall turnover concerning SAP information technology services and overall turnover concerning non-SAP information technology services during the last 3 financial years, which establishes a yearly average equal or superior to 23 000 000 EUR and 15 000 000 EUR respectively.
The thresholds will be verified based on the turnover figures for the last 3 years (2012, 2013 and 2014 figures). In the case of a joint offer (e.g. consortium), these thresholds will be verified at the combined level of the group.
