The candidate must request, complete and complete the 'Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ)' before the closing date (see IV.2.2.)
submission, based on the most recent information and including supporting documents.
Requests to access the tender on the Ariba platform should be addressed to the responsible purchaser (see
I.1.) stating the name, address and VAT number of the participating legal entity as well as the name, e-mail and
telephone details of the responsible contact person(s).
Once an application has been submitted, access to the tender on the Ariba platform will be granted by email shortly.
Candidates are advised to apply for admission as soon as possible and to click on 'intend to participate' to
receive any clarification from the contracting entity.
If access to Ariba is requested less than 48 hours before closing time, it cannot be guaranteed by the
contracting entity that the Ariba login information will be provided in due time.
The candidate is solely responsible for requesting access to Ariba in a timely manner.
The Contracting Entity takes no responsibility for possible problems with Ariba.
Applications not submitted correctly or in a timely manner through Ariba will be rejected.
