Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

the European Parliament requires tenderers to have a minimum financial and economic capacity which will be assessed on the basis of the following elements:

— minimum annual turnover in the specific field of 900 000 EUR (lot 3), 800 000 EUR (lot 4), 2 400 000 EUR (lot 5) and 900 000 EUR (lot 6), realised in the field covered by the contract to be awarded, over the past 3 financial years for which accounts have been closed,

— valid insurance covering third-party liability and professional risks.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

the tenderer's technical and professional capacity must be sufficient for him to carry out the contract in accordance with the contract provisions.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

the European Parliament requires tenderers to have the following technical and professional capacities:

— experience in the past 3 years of at least 1 similar contract involving maintenance and/or improvement works for a building stock with a surface area of at least 15 000 m 2,

— their staff must include 1 qualified team leader and 6 skilled workers (for tenderers who tender for lots 3, 4 and 5) and 1 qualified team leader and 16 skilled workers (for tenderers who tender for lot 6),

— the company must have a quality management system and a quality manager position.
