Predmet nabave je pružanje energetske usluge (provedba projekta energetske učinkovitosti i ostalih povezanih aktivnosti) primjenom mjera energetske učinkovitosti sustava javne rasvjete Grada Zaboka što uključuje financiranje, razdoblje (etapu) rekonstrukcije i/ili modernizacije postojećeg sustava javne rasvjete primjenom LED tehnologije, izradu projekta izvedenog stanja i energetskog pregleda izvedenog stanja, razdoblje (etapu) uporabe, mjerenje, praćenje i verifikaciju te jamčenje potpune usklađenosti s Mjerama poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti Sustava javne rasvjete u pogledu svih standarda i zahtjeva propisanima ovom dokumentacijom o nabavi i svim njenim prilozima, važećim zakonskim i podzakonskim propisima tijekom cijelog razdoblja trajanja Ugovora te pravila struke.

List and brief description of conditions:

Za potrebe dokazivanja sposobnosti za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

U slučaju zajednice ponuditelja svi članovi zajednice ponuditelja obavezni su pojedinačno dokazati svoj upis u odgovarajući registar. Također, potrebno je dokazati upis u odgovarajući registar za podugovaratelja, kao i za svaki subjekt na čiju se sposobnost gospodarski subjekt oslanja.

Način dokazivanja kriterija za odabir gospodarskog subjekta (uvjeta sposobnosti):

Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz točke 15.1.1. gospodarski subjekt u ponudi kao preliminarni dokaz dostavlja ispunjeni e-ESPD obrazac, Dio. IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti: točka 1) za sve gospodarske subjekte u ponudi.

Sukladno članku 282. stavak 8. ZJN-a 2016, pravo aktivnog sudjelovanja na javnom otvaranju ponuda imaju samo članovi stručnog povjerenstva za javnu nabavu i ovlašteni predstavnici Ponuditelja.

Žalitelj koji je propustio izjaviti žalbu u određenoj fazi otvorenog postupka javne nabave sukladno gore navedenim opcijama nema pravo na žalbu u kasnijoj fazi postupka za prethodnu fazu.
