II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Service

Public Health nursing consists of health visiting and school nursing services which historically have been commissioned through 2 separate specifications and 2 separate contracts. From 1.8.2020, these services will combine into a single 0-19 public health nursing service, (the service) with no division between services for 0-4 and 5-19-years old. To support the shift in delivery and break away from previously held expectations, we envisage a rebranding and relaunch of the service. We expect the provider to enable this differentiation through any branding and communications. This will provide an opportunity for the transformation of 0-19 services, which will improve outcomes and maximise use of resources for all children and young people and their families living within the boundaries of Hampshire County Council.
