Gegenstand der vorliegenden EPCO-Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren zwischen der vergebenden Stelle im Namen aller teilnehmender Institutionen (Oesterreichischen Banknoten- und Sicherheitsdruck GmbH, Banco de Espana inklusive Imbisa, Banco de Portugal inklusive Valora, Bank of Greece Printing Works, Banque de France, Banca d'Italia) und einem Unternehmen, welches gemäß Einzelabrufen der teilnehmenden Institutionen Schrumpffolie für die Halbbundverpackung von Banknoten zu liefern hat.
