The aim of this invitation to tender is to contract the supply of electrical power and gas for the points of use located at buildings AA1, AA2 and AA3 of the Office headquarters, subject to the public procurement procedure set forth in Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25.10.2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.

Following the publication of the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 4.4.2009, effective 1.7.2009, low voltage tariffs are suppressed and it is deemed convenient to search for offers in the liberalised energy market with more competitive prices.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The scope of the contract shall exclusively cover the supply of high voltage energy through a power marketer, due to the fact that contracts for electricity networks access are directly managed by the Office with the distribution company.

The Office will pay the actual distribution expenses directly to the latter, so that the successful power marketer shall only charge the Office with the agreed expenses according to the development of this procurement procedure.

All supply measurement equipment is proprietary.
