Supply of medium voltage cables at defined delivery dates:

The EVC intends to purchase the necessary materials for the construction of 20 kV cable paths in the EVC network area. The contract for Lot 1 includes the supply of medium voltage cables. The cables to be supplied shall have sign approval VDE-0276 (minimum requirement).

The service to be tendered is to be offered as the main and alternative supply in two variants, i.e. single delivery and successive delivery. For further details, see procurement documents.

There are no minimum requirements in this respect for Lot 2.

the applicant must provide at least 3 comparable references.

Comparable supplies (in particular medium voltage cables, minimum section approx. 150 mm²) and scope are comparable. Comparability is not assumed in the case of cables in the field of distance communication, e.g. coaxial cables.

For lot 2:

the applicant must provide at least 1 comparable reference.

Comparability exists in the case of comparable supplies (in particular for high-voltage cable connectors) and scope.

1. The tender documents contain a request to participate with a participation form which candidates must use to prepare and submit their application.

2. Consortia of candidates must submit a declaration signed by all members together with their request to participate, in which:

— the formation of a consortium is declared in the case of a contract,

— one authorised representative by all members to the Contracting Authority in the procurement procedure and beyond, without restriction for each member, and with cash-receiving powers,

— the joint and several liability of all the members is declared.

No specific legal form of the consortium and/or consortium will be required. Multiple applications, i.e. participation in parallel as a single candidate and as a member of a consortium, will not be accepted. However, the contracting authority does not consider it to be unlawful
