II.1.4)Kurze Beschreibung:

The Agency for Cemeteries and Burials needs a trade system that includes a register of graves. The trade system must set up, adjust, and complete long lease and care contracts, invoices, etc. The system must also facilitate communication between departments and cemeteries, in particular for processes that include several departments.

The potential users of the trade system are approx. 130 daily employees in GFE + approx. 130 seasonal employees at the cemeteries in the summer. Daily employees come from the departments cemeteries, staff, finance, crematorium, and HR, which includes the Service Office. Seasonal employees will have limited use of the trade system.

There will be a need for super users amongst all departments, who can contribute to training and give low-threshold user support. The staff includes an ICT consultant who will follow-up the daily operation and provide extended user support such as setting-up users, adjusting access, etc. Support in addition to this, and further development of the software is to be provided by the tenderer.
