DBC (SF) Strategic Growth Location Study and Multi Modal (Transport) Study
The South West Hertfordshire authorities wish to appoint consultants to undertake the preparation of a Strategic Growth Locations Study (SGLS) to inform the development of the South West Herts Joint Strategic Plan and the respective local plans which sit beneath it. Full details of the specification are included in the tender documents. The tender will be split into 2 lots: The Strategic Growth Location Study; and The Multi modal (Transport) Study. Tenderers can bid for either or both lots all the tender documents must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal.at http://www.supplyhertfordshire.uk no later than 12:00 noon on 18.7.2019 Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
Strategic Growth Locations Study

Strategic Growth Locations Study to inform the development of the South West Herts Joint Strategic Plan and the respecitive Local Plans which sit beneath it. The purpose of the study will be to develop and then test a series of strategic spatial options to explore the potential for increasing the supply of housing and employment across South West Hertfordshire. Option to extend for Stage 3 additional pieces of work, relevant to the initial contract.

Multi Modal (Transport) Study

Lot 2: The Multi Modal Study will need to identify and work with the current and future strategic and local transport policy objectives across South West Herts. Please refer to the specification for further details.
