The framework agreements shall have effect from 1.3.2022 until 28.2.2026. Tenders must be submitted in EUR.
The award criteria are:
— technical quality: 60 % (consumable technical quality 20 %, technical quality equipment 20 %, adaptation to hospital use 10 %, candidate’s performance 8 %, sustainable development 2 %);
— price 40 %;
— Lots 1 to 29 and 31 to 41:
— technical quality 60 % (consumable technical quality 40 %, adaptation to hospital use 10 %, candidate’s performance 8 %, sustainable development 2 %);
— price 40 %.
The choice will be made on a lot by lot basis. The tender offering best value for money will be assessed on the basis of the criteria set out above, with the weighting indicated. The award criteria and any sub-criteria are detailed in the consultation rules. The Business Consultation File (CED) is made available to candidates on PLACE from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Journal. The platform requires a response lot by lot, but applicants may submit all their documents in a single lot, even if they submit a tender for more than one lot. In this case, candidates are asked to structure correctly the tree structure of their file, in particular by creating a subfolder per lot for the technical files.
The quantities per lot are annual and given for guidance. The framework agreements resulting from this consultation shall be understood as framework agreements for order forms within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-1, R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
