The contracting authority currently has an internal, municipal ICT operations service provider, but in connection with the current municipal reform, wants to outsource the ICT operation to an external service provider before the end of 2019.

The procurement therefore comprises delivery of ICT operation and procurement in accordance with the competition documents. The objective of the procurement is to receive ICT operational services that cover the contracting authority's needs.

The Contracting Authority did not receive any applications/tenders in a prior competition and a new tender competition with negotiation in accordance with the Regulations’ Part I and II is therefore implemented. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-3 b.
