II.1.4)Kurze Beschreibung:

A suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) may be required for the provision of routine minor civil engineering works, as outlined herein.

Works may be to the Housing Executive's housing stock and may also include offices and depots throughout Northern Ireland.

Works will be comprised of small value job requests involving, for example, maintenance, repairs and renewals.

The expected contract duration may be 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of 2 years or part thereof.

This contract may be segmented into regional lots to attract a diverse range of economic operators, such as, but not limited to:

— small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs),

— social economy enterprises (SEEs).

Enterprises employing people with disabilities or health related conditions, or disadvantaged people suppliers from other underrepresented or protected groups.

This potential contract may be advertised in the Summer of 2019 in the form of the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract. However, the Housing Executive does not bind itself to run any subsequent procurement competition for these services.
