Description of renewals:

De Overeenkomst heeft een netto initiële looptijd (exclusief migratieperiode) van vier jaar, met voor Opdrachtgever de eenzijdige mogelijkheid de overeenkomst jaarlijks te verlengen, in verband met de complexiteit van de opdracht. De netto looptijd bedraagt maximaal tien (10) jaar. De totale maximale looptijd bedraagt in dat geval tien jaar plus de duur van de migratieperiode.
