Fv. [County Road] 287 from Hørja bridge to Skjærs Bridge
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will, after an order from Buskerud County, improve disrepairs on County Road 287 Hørja bridge – Skjærs bridge. The stretch is currently characterised by uneven frost heaving, cracks and cracking in the road surface (short surface lifetime) and a lack of drainage.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Tenderers must have positive equity.
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and difficulty from the following work: the main work areas included in the assignment are: engineering design services for roads. The engineering designers must have competence and experience from the same type and difficulty of road construction. Tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner. Implementation requirement. The contract must be adequately staffed and tenderers must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen conditions in the contract. Technical and professional competence and relevant experience are required for the key persons who will be used for the assignment. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), and quality tenderers must have a system that show that they work proactively to ensure Safety, Health and working Environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system shall be subject to periodic review. Accident frequency (H1-value)
The tenderer and their central contractual partners should have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years. Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning environmental management system, based on ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental management) or equivalent. The system shall be subject to periodic review. Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system for the delivery, based on ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with relevance for equivalent transport projects. The system shall be subject to periodic review.
